First Diet Day

Having successful experience losing weight on Atkins, I'm off to try it again (I'm not so good on maintenance). Being male and 60 makes this more challenging, so I'm starting off with the fat fast.

Day 1: Weight 204.8. Just fat for the day - I actually like to eat Olive Oil straight. So 5 meals at about 1.5 TBL/meal is about 1000 calories. Drinking plenty of water and using Psyllium husk for avoiding constipation. Comments and support welcome. Looking to loose at least 35 pounds.
